Hotel manager let me know I had to go thru Expedia as: Super disappointed with Expedia Good luck finding person to correct something. The best they will do is offer a 30 voucher. In my opinion this is not enough, nor is even a small token of cash. Full refund really ought to be honoured for this in my opinion. Hotel Manager and staff are helpful. That is not the part I am annoyed with. Its more the amount of issues. It was several things and the tub was the final straw. It was disappointing here. First tires and slow elevator for a multi level hotel. One working. Lobby shows excellent Once in the room.. um. Not great but seen worse. Then go to run a bath... nope. Notice how filthy around the tub. Notice the worn faucet. Notice that drain. So no bath Get woken thru night from neighbour's coming in forgetting the hour. See the windows in morning when opened The heater turned on smelt like a pile of garbage was burning Hotel management could not do a lot as Expedia bids on the rooms and then callers are looped thru them. Interesting gig. Not too likely to return It was a decent ish sleep but interrupted Certainly not worth what was being charged. Oh and on arriving some dude on his bike with the loud beat box tunes while he awaited someone from the hotel. ? ? ? ? I just wanted a refund Now sharing the laundry I do not recommend.

The front desk staff were great however the 7th floor housekeeping woman was awful and would only do her job properly if given a tip prior to performing the service. We stayed for 2 weeks and despite our requests, she did not once change our sheets nor did she once vacuum our room. With such a long stay, we would normally leave a substantial tip at the end of our stay had we received excellent service but definitely not this time. We will also be asking our company to rent rooms somewhere else next time due to such terrible housekeeping service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Front Desk team was outstanding — so friendly and helpful throughout the weekend. Nathan was on several shifts and was fantastic, and Alexis was amazing both before our trip (helping with arrangements) and again when we checked out on Sunday. There were other very helpful front desk team members, but I unfortunately do not know their names. Housekeeping also did a great job — thank you to Ginette and her team for keeping everything spotless and welcoming. Crystal, thank you as well for coordinating our block booking and following up afterwards. We’ll definitely be back later in the hockey season and will happily recommend this hotel to other teams.
