Absolutely fantastic experience in the tire & battery center! Top-notch customer service, knowledgeable and efficient service team members, and reasonable prices! The only "negative" is that they don't provide more service options😅

Giving this review SOLEY on customer service at the membership desk. I was hung up on 2 times by an associate. First time I called because I was trying to cancel my membership. I live 3 hours away, and it’s not easy to get there. I asked if there was a way to do it over the phone. The woman said I was own my own, come to the store she can’t help me. Hung up on me. I called back, she tried telling me they had a storm and phones went down. I checked the weather app, and sure enough, clear skies in Watertown. I called back and asked for the head office number to try them to see if they could help with cancellation. She said she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for her name, and she hung up AGAIN. I called back and they wouldn’t pick up my call after that. I was able to locate a head office number in Arkansas, and the kind woman helped me cancel in 2 minutes on the phone. The assistance I received was terrible and she should not work in customer service if that’s the level of care she provides to people who pay to shop there.

Good pizza and frozen yogurt in the cafe section. Could have been cleaner, but the cafe staff was very busy. Restrooms were pretty clean with an adequate number of stalls. Bakery, produce, meat, and prepared food items appeared fresh and well stocked. Large assortment of groceries and clothing with good prices. Self checkout is easy and quick.
