It’s a huge golf super store. I finally found it and wow the selection was amazing. I got to test out some clubs in the simulation hitting area. I got to hit about 50 balls with total freedom no one bothered me. I ended up buying a wood with a 90 day return warranty. The only downside is no bathroom and workers are very busy. Considering the convenience and good prices I will probably buy more clubs. I will go pee before visiting this place again because I will get lost in the selection of clubs and hit 50 balls. After experiencing poor customer service on my first visit to the new Kapiolani store and writing a critical review, I was contacted by the owner and told that this is not their usual way of doing business and that they strive to provide excellent service to all their customers. I was pleased to hear that the management really strives to teach their employees to be friendly and helpful and when they fall short, they take action to correct the situation. Today, I decided to give Roger Dunn another chance. I need new golf shoes and decided to see if I could buy myself an early Christmas present, so I returned to the same Kapiolani store. The experience today was quite different from the last one. I was greeted with a "hello" by an associate when I entered the store. I walked to the shoe section and another associate approached me asking if I needed assistance finding anything. He asked what I was looking for and brought out a couple brands for me to try on. They didn't have my size in the Footjoy model, but the Ecco model was a good fit! The checkout staff was courteous and the manager thanked me for coming in. I'm glad to say that I left the store satisfied.

During the grand opening of the new Ala Moana location, I went to check out the new space, and was so happy with the selection and assistance, I ended up buying new irons. It was very busy that weekend, yet I still got help quickly. Despite my many questions and trying out some clubs, I felt no pressure to buy anything (although I did because my old clubs were rubbish). I have recommended several friends go check out the new space as well, and they all had similar positive experience with their customer service, and most bought something as well.
