Quattro Hotel & Conf Centre, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We stayed for two nights recently and enjoyed our accommodations. The bed was comfortable, there’s a large fridge and microwave in the room, and overall spacious area. The front desk staff were excellent, very friendly! The only thing we were a bit disappointed in was the breakfast, all the food was cold (including eggs and potatoes) and there was not as good of selection compared to other hotels. We would absolutely stay here again, it’s in a good location, and the hotel itself was very clean and modern. Having stayed previously at other hotels in the area, hands down Quattro is best! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Quattro for two nights this week. We booked a King bedroom suite and were definitely pleased with our selection. There was plenty of parking and the courtesy desk even recommended where we should consider parking so that it’s closer to our room. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we received excellent service. We were always greeted with a smile and happy attitude. Our room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The complimentary breakfasts were great, with a very nice variety of food - something for everyone. Even the pool and sauna were clean and the pool was surprisingly warm. We look forward to staying here again.

I stay at the Quattro Hotel in Sault Ste |Marie every time I drive down from Thunder Bay to Niagara Falls to see my family almost every summer. The location is perfect. The accommodations are great. I’ve stayed in their rooms with King beds, as well as their suites. I have yet to encounter any problems with cleanliness or maintenance. And if I have had an issue it is handled in a timely manner. The staff that I have dealt with over the years has been exemplary. The staff is professional, competent, and accommodating. I have stayed at other places whenever I could not get a reservation at Quattro, but Quattro is my preferred hotel!!! My friend travelled with me this trip and she is now hooked too. Will be booking with them again on our return trip home!!
