Great store with lots of selection and helpful staff. I was new to golf a year ago and stopped by to buy a driver. The guy that helped me was super helpful, answered a bunch of my dumb questions, and even showed me how to adjust my driver with the wrench that came with it. Big selection of putters with a nice putting green. I’ve found some great apparel on the clearance racks, as well.
It’s very easy to find what you need for your next golf game! Staffs are always available and nice to customers! 2 x monitoring club hitting stands for new club trial shots! Highly recommend base on my many experiences in different locations.
Been there a couple of times lately. First visit was to get new shoes, took about 25 minutes to find the perfect fit, not once was I approached by staff, they were busy chatting behind the counter. Second visit was to get a putter. Checked out and tested for 20-30 minutes, along with several others. Same again, 4 staff members behind or around the counter with no intention to help. Needless to say I did not buy. Very disappointed and will avoid the Bellevue store going forward.
