Beautiful facility with the best Trackman simulators and very knowledgeable staff that always takes their time to answer all of my questions. This is the only place to go for all your club needs, always fast turnaround and high quality work.

I’ve had work done at both Prime Golf and Golf West here in Nanaimo, and after comparing the two, I’d say Prime Golf has a slight edge — not just in price, but overall value. Prime Golf offers a full-service facility if you’re into custom fitting. They’ve got launch monitors, simulators, putting and chipping analysis, and they stock most of the top brand shafts and heads right on-site. It’s more of a complete solution for anyone who wants professional club work and fitting under one roof. Their pricing was also noticeably better. For the exact same shaft pull and install job, Prime Golf charged $260 for seven clubs, compared to $324 at Golf West for six clubs — and Prime’s job actually involved a more difficult install that required custom shims. Overall, Prime Golf delivered excellent quality, communication, and turnaround time — all at a better price and with more options available. Definitely my go-to in Nanaimo for club work or fitting.

Had a great time bashing the ball for an hour on a rainy afternoon. The staff was very helpful and the program was easy to use. We tried a couple of pitch and put courses. There were minor glitches when the sensor didn't seem to pick up the shot accurately but it was good for the most part. The putting seemed unnecessary and we would have preferred to just move along to the next hole once we were on the green. We probably could have if we knew the program better. A good time overall.
