We love it! This is our second stay and it's always top shelf! Everyone you interact with is pleasant & helpful! The rooms are spacious and clean! We love having a kitchenette and our kids love having their own space! The only downfall is lower water pressure and not a ton of hot water if everyone is showering.

Room was beautiful, but it was the bottom floor of a 2 floor condo, BIG mistake. They don't have good sound proofing between floors. People above us were like a herd of Elephants, until around 3 in the morning. They were like that for 2 nights. It was horrible, NO SLEEP. I tried calling to the front desk. The computer kept bouncing me around, I never did get to talk to anyone. We have been Hilton Honors members for years, and never had any problems. We are never going back there. I recommend you get the 2nd floor if you want sleep.

We used to love going to this place. But in the last couple of years, it has changed. To start off, the people at the front desk could use some training in customer service. It doesn't hurt to smile and be helpful. The first key cards they gave us the wrong suite. It was an upstairs suite, and ours was for a ground floor suite. No problem. Mistakes happen. Once they changed the suite, it was in another part of the resort. I believe it was in a part where the workers stay. The building was dark. There were no lights on outside or inside the building, nor the suite. There was no hot water. The maintenance person came and saw that 3 circuit breakers needed to be flipped. The television in the living area had more channels than the one in the bedroom. The tech came, claimed she had fixed the problem, then left. It wasn't. We got a call the next day that the key cards we had was only good until the following day. So, we had to have them re-keyed. And we were there for a week. While we were out at "presentation", the cleaning people came in, unbeknownst to us, cleaned the suite and broke the toilet. Another thing that had to be fixed. The interesting thing was while at the "presentation", we were told that updated suites go to owners. But yet, according to the tech, who came to fix the tv, there weren't many people there. I did let the man giving the "presentation", know that they should give people better than what we received if they want people to buy into their resort. But, it could've just been a bad day and/or week. I hope things get better.
