What a great cat cafe! I made a reservation online but they did have space for two friends to join me when we arrived. The cat room setup is nice. Lots of cozy spots for cats to chill, places for people to sit, and toys for the cats. Also seemed very clean. Check was easy. They have na beverages, beer, wine, and coder. Nice options and very reasonable prices. The cats are of course amazing. Many cute, sweet, adoptable cats. I love the collar tags with the cat’s name, gender, and age. Very cool! The gift shop has so many fun items. Books, T-shirts, cat toys, stickers, magnets, koozies, and house goods. Such a fun place. Please go support your local cat cafe!
I hope you'll read my post in its entirety. First, the negative reviews listed are surprising and likely more reflective of the folks writing them and their negative outlook on the world in general. Read the rules and policies before you go, it's very simple folks! Going to cat cafes all over the world does not make you an expert on cat cafe "vibe" or even cats period. Remember that this place exists FOR the cats, period - so if you have a complaint or an issue, reach out to the owner/staff and they'll make it right. This cat cafe is clean, well run, organized, warm, welcoming, and the MISSION is fantastic. The staff do the best they can to provide you a positive experience while also keeping the cats safe - this means understanding and respecting the rules regarding young children under 12 NOT being permitted and not picking the cats up. My granddaughter came in today and sponsored both Biscuits and Tommy because we want to support and further ensure the success of this wonderful facility. The cafe is separate due to the health code; but you can watch the cats while you eat and drink as the windows are massive. Yes you have to buy the treats because they cost the humane society money, but everything you contribute and buy has value beyond money. Please visit this cat cafe and go in with an open mind and an open heart - and fill it with a wonderful memory of having given these deserving cats love and attention. They are worth it and your support is appreciated. (to the lady complaining about coughing up an additional $17 for an extra slot, I'm clutching my pearls as I roll my eyes.)
So much fun! They had close to 20 cats. They have tags on their collar with their name, age, and gender. We fell in love with Willow and Cranberry. It was so peaceful in the room (I actually love that they don’t allow children under 12). Everyone had plenty of time and space to play with each kitty. They only let a few people in at a time so I recommend buying tickets online so you’re guaranteed to get in. We’ll definitely be back!
