Customer Reviews
This range has mats and grass hitting options, and very nice chipping and putting areas. You do need to bring or buy your own rubber tee for the mats, though.
The staff member working at 8pm on July 15, 2025, was extremely rude. I attempted to pay with my credit card, but the ball machine didn’t dispense any balls. Thinking the transaction didn’t go through, I used the machine on the right instead. Later, I checked my AMEX app and saw that the first transaction had actually been charged. When I brought this up to the employee-an older man, possibly in his 60s, with a mustache-he told me he couldn’t issue a refund or credit and said I should come back during the day. He didn’t apologize and instead responded in an aggressive manner. When I asked if he could at least dispense the balls manually, he snapped back, “Do you think you can hit them all before closing?” It felt like I was being blamed for their machine error. Completely unprofessional.
The review 2 down from this one is a classic representation of how you will be treated if you choose to give this range your business. I like the Tri Valley Range better. Give them a try!
