Pine Beach East

My one star rating goes to the course itself. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and we felt very welcome. The course was very disappointing. We were very exited to visit the Brainerd area and experience some nice courses but this definitely was not it. It felt very run down and like it was the ugly step-sister to The Classic. The pace of play was painfully slow. I do appreciate that we did see 2 rangers on course asking about the pace but it didn’t seem to help. To recap, amazing staff…sub-par course.

Not worth the money. Run down course. No bag drop or shuttle up two flights to the club house. Junk golf cart that had bad brakes and thought we were going to have to push them up a couple of hills. Better places to play for less money.

Not worth the price. For $80 I would highly recommend looking at other courses in the area. Huge dead areas in the fairways and the rough. Greens are dry and hard. The Classic course is beautiful but they have let this course go to the point it is unplayable.
