We finally made it in for their Sunday chicken dinner. Our kids had been there the night before and said that their food was all good. My son-in-law had the French Dip and he said there was a lot of meat and it had good flavor and was real tender, my daughter had the 12 oz. Strip steak and she said it was really good as was the toasted ravioli and salad. We got there a little after 12 and were seated in a very well decorated and spacious dining area that is adjacent to the golf simulators. The waitress was very sweet but they were understaffed and everything took a while. We ordered the chicken dinner which is cooked to order so that took some time. The chicken was good, you get a breast, wing, thigh and leg. They could stand to season it a bit more but on the whole it was good. The sides are served in individual ramekins and everything tasted good but I'm thinking they plated them up before the chicken was done and they weren't very hot.. The mashed potatoes have a great flavor but they were a little loose. We will definitely be back because everything did taste good but some minor tweaks are in order. Also it comes with a dessert which we were initially told was either chocolate cake or carrot cake but were then told they were out of both but they had a chocolate brownie which was good. The rest of the restaurant/golf simulation was very clean and spacious, several guest in wheelchairs had plenty of room to navigate. The restrooms are all touch free which I like and there is a changing table

Went for what they're calling their "famous" Sunday Fried Chicken Dinner. Well, they need to pull in the reigns and get their act together before making such proclamations. Based on our experience and past reviews from others, there doesn't seem to be much consistency. Photos from previous customers show the sides being served in individual ramekins. Ours were served on plastic divided plates and the temperature was lukewarm, at best. The fried chicken has good flavor, but was overcooked. The biscuit was room temperature, not warm at all, served with cold butter. The dessert was still frozen. Took it home and ate it later once it thawed out. It would be in their best interest to make a couple of fresh sheet pan desserts instead of purchasing frozen desserts not made in-house. A cobbler or sheet cake can go a long way. I will say the server did well and was attentive with our group. They just need to get their act together with the food. If you're only serving one meal on Sundays, do it right.

OH.MY. GOODNESS! So we had a lazy Saturday afternoon and was trying to figure out where to go to grab a bite for lunch. I've seen Par One on all of the social media pages and decided... yep today is the day! Yes this is where you scroll down and look at my pictures. So we walk in Par One after figuring out which of the three buildings to go into... If I was to say anything negative about our whole entire experience it would be it was a bit confusing trying to figure out which building had the restaurant. That's why I included a picture of the entry in my photos below. That's the only negative thing I had to say. We walk in this building and it is just pristine gorgeous and enormous. Hold on to that word enormous because that's going to be the theme for the rest of this post. We got there a little after 1:00 and had the place basically to ourselves except for a family that was doing the virtual golf. We sat facing them which was really cool it gave us something to watch. By the time we finished our meal a couple of the other tables had started to fill up and there was another group that came in to do the virtual golf. That was pretty cool to watch. I ordered the Beef sandwich and husband ordered the Big Bertha. We also ordered an order of raviolis. Our waitress was so sweet, kind and so patient explaining bits and parts about the building events and the menu. She said that they had live music the night before and are starting to do that more frequently and the place was a lot more crowded. It was so spacious and clean I couldn't imagine it being crowded because it's so roomy. I can't wait to go back! But hold on let me tell you about the food. So we are sitting just enjoying this really neat venue and all of a sudden our very petite waitress brings out this bohemoth size -wait I decided to use the word ENORMOUS SIZED-sandwich. In the picture you can see my husband's hands. He has enormous hands and this sandwich was at least twice as big as his hand! He literally cut it into fourths and ate just 1/4 of it. Yes to say it is big enough to share is a small understatement. This is a pork tenderloin sandwich. He said it was perfectly cooked perfectly breaded and delicious! Despite its size though he didn't share with me lol I couldn't complain though because my sandwich was just as delightful! In my picture you can see the big beef sandwich. This sandwich was so flavorful and so delicious. The beef literally melted in my mouth. The au jus sauce was spot on. I am one to eat ranch dressing with my fries. Y'all these fries are hand cut and we're delicious... But wait there's more ...this ranch dressing tasted like something that I had had at the church lady's dinner 20 years ago it was that fresh creamy tasting Ranch dressing. This was some awesome sauce! So these are not $10 sandwiches so it's not a quick dine in dash sort of place it is a place where you go for an experience. I think his sandwich was like $16 or $17 and mine was the same. But we both came home with enough for at least a second meal and he's thinking possibly a third on that sandwich lol. We could not wait to go back and try the virtual golf and explore the other two venues that are there on that campus. If you are looking for something new and different to try definitely check out Piccadilly and Par one!
