Philly’s Golf Club brings something completely new to Midland. The simulators are top-notch, the atmosphere is first-class, and the staff go above and beyond every time. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great experience. It’s the perfect mix of upscale and laid-back — ideal for date nights, team events, or just a quick range session. Can’t wait to see this place blow up!

A cool new place but the technology and drinks are lacking a bit even for modern times. So I'ma start with the question I first asked before and after I first arrived, did they have food...no they don't and no they also don't have bar snacks, the manager I assume did say they were gonna work a deal with the restaurant across from them but still, I use to work in the culinary industry and personally I don't think it'd be all that cool to have the restaurant you order from be across the parking lot especially since your game is by the hour and you'd be wasting your time if you went to go grab food And then come back. Especially if you're in a party. It's a little bit better but you still miss out on a turn or time, but you are allowed to bring food from what I was told which I guess if you have been before it's great to know in advance so that you can bring your own food preference. 2nd, the tech for the golfing is okay but the screen "ate" 3 of the golf balls which was kinda funny and even though I made sure the sensor registers my golf ball before hitting it, it was MAYBE every 1 out of 3 times it actually registered the hit, so the games took way longer then it would've if it registered correctly, now granted they do provide golf clubs if you do not have your own, but you can also bring your own which is great especially since their not a ton of information on this place just yet, so them providing the clubs at NO additional cost is great to have as first time golfers. 3rd, the service was beyond great but the drinks weren't, the drinks tasted good but me and my father had 2 shots and 2 cocktails each and we both barely had a buzz in a hour span, now it is a golf place and it's not a big "getting hammered" place, but for me "bar" is in the name so I would expect stronger drinks, so the drinks are light on the alcohol but not the price, theirs no prices on the menu, but the shots were $12 each and the cocktails were $13-14 not bad if the alcohol was a bit stronger but still not to bad for how good they were 4th, the owners were their but they never made the attempt to come talk to anyone except the people they knew, So on one hand I understand because that's people they DO know,But on the other I would figure as a new business you'd want to check on everyone and see how they're doing. Because I did ask the manager if he was the owner because he was giving great details and explaining everything to us thoroughly and helped us immensely. But I saw all three of the owners and they just mostly stuck to their office. But like I said I understand on one hand but on the other if something's going wrong you would want to check on somebody because I did even ask if the manager was the owner but no owner came to talk to me. So this is my overall review is that while it is okay and it's a interesting place, especially for the Midland area, I don't think it's worth the price. Maybe take 20 - 30 bucks off the bill total then maybe. But I spent $65 for the simulator for 1 hour at around 15:45-17:00 and then $86 for eight drinks which were very lightweight. And I'm not a heavy drinker at all nor is my father. I think the biggest thing that would help them is complimentary bar food such as peanuts m&M's or even simply pretzels something not greasy not heavy just something to enjoy or even a small $2-4 dollar bar food menu. My personal thoughts are, while I didn't have a bad experience in any which way, I personally won't be coming back for 1 it's not my thing I just wanted to check it out with my dad and give a good honest review and 2 it's a bit pricey for basically almost throwing my should out just to get the ball to register. Whole the sim is probably dialed in to a good degree, it still was a pain trying to whack the ball and it not register a lot of my hits

Very nice to have a place in Midland like this finally! The atmosphere is nice, staff is kind and attentive and the price is fair. My only complaint is that the hitting surfaces are extremely soft and make it difficult to get accurate data. I will definitely be back to hang out with friends, but I don't think I could rely on any data I get on the sim or use this as a true practice facility.
