Located within the Pheasant Run active adult community, this clubhouse serves as a social hub for residents. The facility includes a game room, ballroom, and multi-purpose rooms for various clubs and activities. While offering many amenities, indoor golf simulators are not available.

Recently remodeled, it offers a more expansive meeting room and nice kitchen amenities. The clubhouse is only available to residents and their guests. They do have a pool that is open for the summer and this is also available only to residents and guests. Ample parking is available and the building is handicap accessible. No food or drink is available unless you bring it yourself.
Mostly volunteer run. Friendly people. The food has never been good at any event soo far. With the exception of the Soup Tasting Competition. Some standouts. But not From the clubhouse. Nice outdoor pool area. Always very clean inside and out.
The woman in the office at the club house is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She spoke to me like I was dirt on the bottom of her shoe.
