I’d been wanting a new set of clubs, and had researched stores in the Portland area. Par West had the best reviews, so I went over, and found it to be unimpressive from the outside. But as soon as I walked in, Tony came over and asked if he could help. They have a big selection of clubs, golf attire and accessories. He was truly interested in what I was looking for, and went out of his way to be helpful. Seriously, Nordstrom-style customer service! He ordered the clubs for me, then followed up every step of the way, to be sure I was happy with them. If you need clubs or anything golf-related, Par West is where to go for the best selection, service and price!

I love the grips I ordered to put on my older clubs to spark new life in them and they do not disappoint. I also ordered a hat as well but the hat I ordered was out of stock but, Tony was kind enough to send me a picture of three hats to choose from and pick two out of the three for not having the one I ordered. He’s a great guy and provides excellent service on new and used clubs will definitely buy more from them in the future!

ParWest’s customer service surpassed expectations. I had a flawless experience buying a physical gift certificate for a friend & having them send it to my friend with a note from me (I live far away & found them online). Tony was marvelous every step of the way & even photographed the outgoing envelope! Above & beyond. Thank you so much!
