🎉 Best. Birthday. Ever. 🎳 We celebrated our granddaughter’s 12th birthday here back in May, and WOW—they nailed it from start to finish! Jamie was our party-planning superhero—super responsive over email and phone, broke down all the package options, and gave us clear pricing upfront (no surprises = happy grandparents!). When we arrived, our lanes were perfectly set up and ready to roll. Wiley greeted us with a smile and let us know he was our go-to guy for anything we needed. And Tara? Absolute rockstar. Our drinks were never empty, the food came out hot and fast, and her friendly vibe kept the party flowing. We never felt rushed and on a "time frame". The kids were able to bowl, eat, drink, play video games and had an amazing time! Every single staff member was kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making the birthday girl feel like royalty. The place was spotless, the food was delicious, and the energy was just right. There was even a "thank you/Happy Birthday" card signed by the employees and left for the birthday girl - making her day feel even that much more special! 💯 We’ll be back—and we’re telling everyone we know to book their next celebration here. They earned every star!

Very nice place to bowl. They were all super friendly and made sure that we were taken care of. The power went out when we were there and the staff walked around with their phone flashlights to make sure that everyone was okay. They also kept the kids occupied by giving candy canes and cheering them up so they weren't scared with the lights all out. I have loved this place while growing up and I wanted to share how amazing their customer service skills were. Especially during a power outage on Christmas Eve. The workers seemed to care about what they were doing and I was honestly extremely impressed. ☆☆☆☆☆

We had a party here last night and were disappointed by the experience. The young bartender was rude and came across as snobby, which really took away from what should have been a fun night. I’ve also noticed on several recent visits for bowling that the restaurant is often closed. Since children aren’t allowed in the bar area, this means kids are left waiting alone while parents have to order food separately. That setup doesn’t feel very family-friendly. Overall, the atmosphere and service don’t match what I would expect from a place that seems geared toward families and group outings.
