Beware this is a scam. I keep getting billed for monthly fees for a membership even though I called to cancel the membership back in June when the “one-year membership” expired. I called again today to receive the same run around I did back in June where they’re telling me I need to speak with someone specific but they’re “not in”… they never are… Once I did finally get in touch with them in June they didn’t mention that i needed to sign anything but they did this morning when I spoke with the rude woman answering the phones, Kelly when I called to find out why I’m still being billed. I refuse to pay for anything beyond my one year membership. Take this as my “written notice to cancel” that I wasn’t told about the last time I tried to cancel back in June & don’t expect me to pay a penny more than the one year. Horrible facilities too, not worth the money. Kelly, the person answering the phone this morning has zero customer service skills. She didn’t offer a callback from the manager she expects you to waste your time calling & calling hoping that you’ll never get in touch with someone. After this morning’s encounter with Kelly, I would assume she’s the one I spoke with back in June to cancel & failed to give any effort to assist customers properly. I only went there one time during the one-year membership & was extremely disappointed in the workout facility & the pools aren’t cleaned well. *Update 1: Oct 30* it’s now been 3 full business days & I still haven’t received a call back from “Jake” the guy that “I have to speak to about canceling my membership” per Kelly who took my name & number to give to Jake. Same exact run around they gave me in June. They make it impossible to cancel memberships… ridiculous & unprofessional *Update 2: Nov 1* Ironically, the exact day I called in to question why I’m still being billed for services cancelled in June, instead of calling me back like I requested , they mail me a letter showing the account balance & suspension of a membership that I requested to be discontinued back in June. You’re not willing to call someone back but you can issue them a letter? You’re only confirming you’re scamming me by avoiding a call back like I requested on Oct 27. I’ll keep updating this horror story as it continues. Where’s your professionalism? You’ve shown you have none with your actions.

I will never drive out here to play ever again. We had a 9:50 am tee time and didn't even tee off unil 10:31. There were 13 people on the 1 tee box when we pulled up. Nice course but complete disregard for "non-members".
