Olympic Hot Tub Everett

I inherited a hot tub with a recent home purchase and John was really helpful as I went through the process of draining, cleaning, and filling it for the first time! He made it simple and was readily available over the phone and email for the follow up questions that I had!

We had a great experience purchasing a new hot springs spa from Scott Horton at Olympic. He answered all of our questions and being first time hot tub owners made sure we understood all of the functions and requirements to use and maintain the tub to get the most out of our investment. Even after the sale he stayed in regular contact with us as the delivery date and set up approached ensuring everything was on time and went smoothly, which it absolutely did! Thank you Scott for the great sales experience, the delivery team which took great care of the hot tub making sure it was set in place without a scratch exactly where I needed it, and their technician Neil who did our final set up and orientation, we were hot tubbing in no time, well done Olympic!!

I was having problems balancing the water in my hot tub and it was driving me crazy. So I called the closest hot tub company where I live and that was Olympic Hot Tub in Everett and even though I don’t have one of their tubs, the dynamic team of John, Patti, and Emma went above and then after several attempts, got my tub water balanced. I’m not in need of a new hot tub at this time but if I did, I would highly consider purchasing a tub from the team at Olympic Hot Tub in Everett!
