Niagara Falls Fun Zone - Fallsview Location

My family had a great time, and without a coupon 20$ worth of tokens lasted our four year old over an hour bouncing around to all the games. I want to give a shout out to Josh working the ticket counter, he was awesome. Helped us out when we first got there, gave us a heads up about another party coming in which could get busy for our four and one year old, was super excited for my wife when she hit a 1500 ticket jackpot and was having our son laugh when he redeemed his tickets. We will definitely be back for the mini putt sometime soon!

The kids had a blast at Fun Zone on the thanksgiving long weekend! Shelly was the best! She made sure to give all of our experiences there a great time! From helping us decide which play package made sense to making my kids the happiest when it came to picking their prize! It was nice to see there are still great people in this world. I’m giving it four stars though because a lot of the machines were eating the coins and the kids were getting frustrated sometimes when the tickets weren’t coming out. Other than that, we will definitely be back in the winter and we’re looking forward to hopefully seeing Shelley there again! Thank you Fun Zone!

The value presented here is pretty decent if you have a deal from a neighbouring hotel. 15 dollars got us access to all their 'attractions' with a seemingly unlimited use, since the staff didn't care to man the desks, let alone check off your card saying which rides you've been on. The two haunted hallways were extremely boring, and walking through them you can clearly tell there was supposed to be more to them. Maybe there was at one point, but being there for Halloween weekend I expected more. The mirror maze was great, the mirrors were clean enough that the illusion was maintained, but the mini golf had multiple missing or broken course elements that detracted from the experience. Laser tag was pretty fun, while there were others in there, hope that you're in there at a more popular time if you want a good experience. The arcade selection was poor, and the prices were frankly ridiculous. Overall, this place should be able to afford a facelift since they charge like 3 bucks to throw basketballs in hoops for 45 seconds.
