Nexus Golf

Enjoyed my time here! I was looking for a sim that didn't need me to go gather the balls to hit again. The automation is definitely a nice convenience. I had an issue with the bay not detecting the ball like someone else had mentioned, but I gave the place a call and was able to reset it so it worked. They also gave me back some time that I lost due to the technical diffulty. Good service!

I had a really terrible experience here. The simulator in Bay 6 didn’t work at all, and there was no real support to fix it. I spent the entire session trying to troubleshoot instead of actually playing. For a place that advertises a premium experience, the lack of functioning equipment and lack of assistance was extremely disappointing. I paid for a session I couldn’t use, and there was no staff and phone number that I could reach to offer meaningful help or solution. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their equipment reliability and customer service. EDIT: I am updating my previous review to reflect the excellent customer service I received following my initial experience. After reaching out about the issues in Bay 6, the management at Nexus Golf was incredibly responsive. They fully reimbursed me for the original session and provided complimentary hours to ensure I could actually enjoy the experience. I returned recently, and everything was working perfectly. It’s clear they take their equipment reliability and customer feedback seriously. I really appreciate a business that stands by its 'premium experience' promise. I’m happy to recommend them now and will definitely be back.

Very nice facility, has the best vibes in the area IMO. The bays are spaced just enough for solo practice and for socializing with others. There’s almost always a coach there who’s open to giving tips, so it’s great for people who are looking to lock-in and improve on their game.

This was our first time visiting Nexus Golf, and my husband and I had a wonderful experience. The facility is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the complimentary beverages were a lovely touch that made our visit even more enjoyable. Being a 24/7 self-service facility makes it extremely convenient and easy to fit a practice session into any schedule. Although the location is self-service, the staff support was excellent — friendly and very helpful, and they fixed my account setup promptly over the phone, which we truly appreciated. We really enjoyed practicing here together and can easily see this becoming one of our go-to spots, especially during the Toronto winter when indoor golf is the perfect option. One small suggestion would be the addition of a senior discount rate, which would be greatly appreciated and would make an already great experience even better. Highly recommended!

We booked 1.5hrs in bay 4 and the golf auto tee worked well once we were familiar with the system. My reasoning for less than 5 stars is for a couple things. The temperature was quite low inside, to the point where I had to wear my jacket in between swings and ended with a runny nose. Also the rough and sand simulated grass patches kept moving with each swing so I had to constantly readjust to the initial position. Overall a good experience.
