Great sim experience that I go to on a regular basis

Very disappointing experience. I brought my boyfriend to this newly opened indoor golf place today, and only found out on arrival that no clubs were provided (if guests must bring/rent clubs, it should be clearly highlighted during booking and in the confirmation). On top of that, two other customers showed up claiming they had also booked 1:30–3:30 PM, Bay 3 private room, which led to an argument on site — this shows serious booking management issues. After calling customer service, I was told my booking was recorded as 1:30 AM–3:30 AM (an obviously abnormal time) with no prior warning or verification. They offered no reasonable resolution and refused to refund the $85. For a new business, this level of system and service is unacceptable.

So excited to have a NEXT Golf location in the neighborhood! Great quality sims and bays. Easy to book. Overall great experience and we will be back often.
