Net Par

I sent my husband over to check out net par the other night because it seemed like a really cool concept. I had no idea it existed. There’s one sign out front and it’s very unassuming unless it’s night time and you can see into the bar. Which is what caught my eye while I was doing laundry next door. The bar looked swanky and I could see people inside using golf simulators so I immediately looked up the website and sent it to my husband. Once I got home, he headed over to check it out. When he walked in, there was an employee sitting at her computer. My husband started asking questions about the membership and how everything worked and she responded with “check the website” before resuming her computer activities. My husband tried a few more times to get more info, but was met with silence so he decided to leave. Once she realized he was walking out she tried to back track and ask how she could help my husband out. I think she may have handed him an owner’s business card too. Regardless the damage had been done. We’ve got 2 kids who are interested in golf, so my husband and I envisioned having date nights and family outings at net par. The membership price point is a stretch for us right now, but we were open to membership options depending on how my husband’s visit over there went. Unfortunately, spending $500 plus extra fees for simulator times and paying for drinks doesn’t seem worth it knowing that there will be zero customer service while you’re there. First impressions matter. Customer service and respect and kindness matters. I think the crown point area is a good market for this concept, but to quote my husband when he got home from net par: “this is the perfect example of how you can have an amazing concept and one single person can ruin it.”

Always a nice experience going here to golf with friends or play in league. Staff is very friendly and helpful and it's nice they have multiple bays so you don't experience long wait times to play.

Omg, I came here for our 5 year anniversary, and it was so much fun! Only downside... I wish we did it for more than 1 hrs! Also Hannar was great! Very helpful and very polite!!! 100000/10
