Mulligan's Golf Center

Must be nice to have a monopoly on the only great driving range in town bc the customer service is terrible. The ball tracker screen in my bay wouldn’t allow me to sign in (it worked on other screens but I’d already loaded my balls into the bay). The worker I told told me he’d fish them out for me, but I told him not to worry about it, I was just working on a new chipping technique. The next worker I told about it when he walked by and asked how I was doing said he’d come out and reset it, but didn’t. Then when I went to drive the last 5 of my 75 balls I purchased, the bay was empty. I told an employee and he said, “sorry, at least you got some practice in.” I know an employee there, I know how much money they rake in, and they did absolutely nothing but say “sorry” when the only two amenities I use, the ball dispenser and the ball tracker, fail to work. The food and beverage gang are always great, I always tip them well, they’re super friendly. But when multiple equipment breaks down when a customer spends their money there, “sorry, at least you got to practice,” doesn’t cut it. I hate writing reviews, I wish people would just do right to their consumers.

We were able to celebrate a 30th birthday at mulligans. The staff were extremely catering, attentive, informative, and understanding! We had a blast and it certainly fits any budget. A wonderful option for events in the Valley!!

We recently visited Mulligan’s for a little family outing, and it was such a great experience! None of us had ever been to a driving range before, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they kindly walked us through everything and made us feel welcome. It turned out to be a super fun and affordable adventure! The facility was clean, everything seemed newly upgraded, and everything was in great working condition. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
