Monster Mini Golf Edison

Went today for the first time with my 4 year old daughter and six year old son and had the worst first experience. The guy working was extremely rude. My son was at the last hole which requires him to hit the ball up a ramp and into a clowns mouth which is not easy for anyone who has never held a golf club let alone a 6 yr old that has no idea what miniature golf was till today, an hour before closing, and because my son hit the ball to the side of the ramp which caused the ball to land behind the counter so my son asked if he can please get the ball so he can finish his last shot correctly as I'm standing there with him and the guy goes to get the ball and as my son goes to get the ball from the guys hand, the guy tells my son discreetly, "This is your last chance" and I happen to notice him saying something to my son so I asked him what did the guy tell you and he told me as he was told so I confronted the guy and told him that he has NO RIGHTS to be telling my son anything.. I went on to tell him that he's only 6 and playing for the first time and there's no one behind us so why not let the little kid finish the game so he has a good experience instead of you forcing him off!? I was so upset because I couldn't understand how someone could be so rude to a small kid that obviously was there for the first time. Needles to say, we left and will never go there again and the owner should choose better qualified workers that have good personalities and give his customers a good experience so they come again instead of leaving a bad review. At the end the guy knew he was wrong and tried to offer me a card with some type of credit which I didn't except because I can pay for my own games, it's not about money, it's about having some morals and being kind when it matters, especially to innocent kids with no malice and I just lost respect for him the minute he tried to sneak words to my son instead of addressing me as the father that was standing right there. We will search out for a new place, preferably larger as that place is small.

We just celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday at Monster Mini Golf in Edison, and it was absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to Maggie (the manager) and our incredible party hosts Jen, Alicia, and Joc they went above and beyond from start to finish. You might not immediately think of Monster Mini Golf for a toddler birthday, but I am SO glad I chose it. We booked the VIM (private) option, which closes the entire space to the public, and it was ideal for both our toddlers and the school aged children. They even switched up their normal party program to accommodate my son since he’s only two, and he loved every minute especially the monsters and all the games! The party rooms are already fully decorated, so there’s really no need to budget for backdrops, balloons, or extra décor. We brought in a photobooth, and it was a huge hit! I booked months in advance since the private sessions fill up quickly, and all of our guests were so impressed. Thank you again to the whole team can’t wait until next time! 🎉👻⛳️

Went mini golfing on a Tuesday afternoon. Good student pricing. Fun 18-hole course and cool environment. Arcade section was small but it’s not the main event. Friendly and helpful staff. They had score cards available which is nice for people who take the match seriously. Made for a fun afternoon!
