Mines Golf Club

What a great facility. This was my 2nd round there. I played poorly but the course was in great shape. We stayed for lunch and enjoyed it a lot.

Such a class course. Remarkable layout and insane greens. Some cool greens that filter back to the hole on par 3s. But DAMN do they ever pack this course full. It was so rushed that lining up putts or even caring from shot to shot disappeared. And lining up putts on this course is PARAMOUNT. It’s an old boys course and pace of play is 4 hours tops. So the shame is that it’s got some of the best holes in the area, that you don't have time to enjoy. For the love of the lord…protect the validity of this course and space out your times! We played another classy course in the area where tee time spacing was wide and the experience was night and day. The pro shop was amazing with swag galore and very friendly staff.

I’ve been wanting to play this course for years now and finally was able to get out and play. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and you could tell they genuinely like their job and care for the course unlike my local course. I had NO idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! Course conditions were good considering the hot summer we have had. Pace of play was slightly behind on the back 9 but we were just enjoying the experience. The greens were EXTREMELY challenging and whoever put the pins in has to LOVE their job and must laugh knowing they’ve set you up for an EXPERIENCE! 😂 Would definitely come back again!
