Miller's Ale House

What an experience from the time me and my family walked through the door At Miller's Ale -House on US1 South Dixie hwy . We just got off from work and stopped at this location . we realized it was the chef as we got closer we all walked to the door at the same time her mannerism was superb she held the door for us with a smile and stated take your time no need to hurry. We were blown away Not to mention, the waiter Natalie face was so vibrant with a smile as she continued to serve Until the end The food was so delicious ,phenomenal job Mimi you have the magic touch The ambiance was just right. Cleanliness front to back Quick service. Also was Kevin the Manager was very pleasant came to our table but not only ours but to other tables and made sure we were served but also made sure others were served to the max as well. Great Job Team corporate will be proud. Keep up the great service and amazing food.. I would recommend this location We will be back They have set high standards for repeated business and future experiences

4-Star Review for Miller’s Ale House! Overall, we had a great experience at Miller’s Ale House. The food was tasty, came out quickly, and our server was super friendly and attentive the entire time. Service was definitely a highlight! The only downside was that the floor under our table was noticeably dirty and could have used a sweep. Other than that, everything else was solid. We’ll definitely be back!

I gladly came back and edited my review. I truly appreciate the effort and care given by GM Sarah. Corporate needs to take notice of managers like her that take pride and care about their patrons. I had a not so pleasant experience not too long ago and Sarah reached out personally, apologized for my experience and invited me back for another opportunity at their location. She made sure I was taken care of and the manager that was present tonight was also very kind and the kitchen manager also came out to greet me and my family. I haven't experienced this level of customer service from an establishment in a very long time. I will be a loyal patron of this location and highly recommend anybody to visit and enjoy a great meal with loved ones. Thank you again Sarah.
