Have used the Hartford store and ordered from their eBay store. Both times I was able to find what I needed and very happy with the purchases. Huge selection at all kinds of price points. It's really awesome that there are a bunch of bays to hit in at the store with launch monitors to see results right away and make a decision. The manager Alex recently helped me out with an issue I had and was very prompt and responsive, and fixed the problem right away. Highly recommend!

The shipping was as expected, took about 3 days after I purchased it. Packaging was in great condition. Unfortunately it wasn’t as described, they posted pictures of the club except a specific spot on the crown that wasn’t included. That spot had a quite visible white mark and wouldn’t come off. I tried to contact the seller and they didn’t solve it, I will probably consider different outlets as they all have similar prices. The value wasn’t what I paid for, the white mark should’ve been shared.
