I recieved exactly what I wanted (and more) when booking this golf sim. A full fledged, high tier golf simulator with food and drink service. Please do not, it's a premium price for a premium experience. This is the best simulator experience in London (as far as I know) for tracking, system and gameplay wise. It's more like a bowling alley than a golf simulator, while having all the best features, and more, of every golf sim I've played until now. The amount of camera tracking alone is enough to justify the price. They also have a full offering of food and drink by an incredible accommodating staff. I will be booking again for future friend gatherings as it felt closer to playing an actual golf round than any other experience I've had before.

I took my hockey team here got a night out. They told us we would only get charged for what we used. We only used 3 bays and were charged 4. The 4th bay was way more expensive and we never used it! She completely ripped me off and over charged me for the 4th bay. Very disappointed and would never recommend this place! She laughed at me as she was ripping me off! If I could give no stars I would! The menu was limited and pizza seemed easy, they said it was not available. I gave them a month’s notice we were coming! The menu was already limited as it was!

Had a great time. Staff friendly and helpful. A good way to try an keep my game up to the level achieved over the summer.

This place is a scam. We booked four simulators for a kids' hockey event and were told we’d only be charged for three if we used three. That’s exactly what we did — but they charged us for all four and laughed at us when we brought it up. They also add gratuity to the bill without telling you, then ask for a tip again. Completely dishonest. Do not go here. They’ll take your money and show zero respect. Total scam.

This simulator was the best I’ve ever experienced! Much better quality than the rest by far. Staff was very attentive, Lauren in particular. Lauren helped to assist our group in setting up and efficiently provided us with drinks and food. Will be back soon next time we’re in London!
