I've got to be honest, they're very nice people and I've been sitting on this review for a while. Imported some the new m-13 from Japan early on to upgrade some really old clubs. Had them build my clubs with exact specifications for swing weight, lie, loft, shaft length. For one they accidentally melted the abs badge on the back of my 4 iron. They called me and were honest about it before working on the rest of the clubs. Just an aesthetic issue, no big deal isolated. They didn't mention that the 5 iron was also slightly damaged. I also had the clubs reshafted and when I picked up my clubs they did not give me the shafts (unreleased in the us) and didn't even call me to tell me they forgot to give them to me. I had to go back and ask for it and they knew they hadn't given them to me instantly almost like they were hoping I would forget. After months of gaming them, something just felt off about the clubs. My specs matched my old clubs to a tee so I decided to check the swing weights, lie, and lofts. Turns out the swing weights ranged from D6 to D0 when I asked for D2 across the board for my irons. Not only that but they forgot to cut my 4 iron so it's an extra inch long... I had asked for 1 degree flat for the lies and some of them were bent 1 degree upright and some were 1 degree flat. Now the titanium dust they corked in to the shaft to get the swing weights is just rattling around in my clubs. 6 iron head came off without a shaft snapping or head damage, epoxy just didn't hold. Like I said, they're very nice people and seem knowledgeable but the quality of the work on my clubs were unfortunately subpar. I've had to game my old clubs until I got my new clubs rebuilt. One or two things alone are fine but it's just a ton of things to overlook. edit: Owner reached out and provided a refund for the work. I've upgrade to 3 stars due to the customer service but keeping it below 4 due to the hassle and work quality issues. To be transparent, they've built my driving iron in the past with no issues.

George Huff is an absolutely incredible fitter and professional. I'm a mid handicapper who's been playing golf for quite some time and I've been fitted before. My experience getting fit for clubs with George far exceeded what you would expect with a very warm, non judgemental, non pressured approach that helps you feel comfortable trying things out and feeling confident with your new clubs. It's a big expense to take on but being fitted by George gives you reassurance that the expense is one that is well worth it and right for you. He's very thorough, doesn't rush you, and just wants to make sure you have what you want/need for your goals. I would recommend him over and over and plan to keep going back if I ever need

I had a wonderful fitting experience with George! He took me through my wedges, irons, fairway woods, and driver with professionalism and patience.
