McDonald's

I’m a big fan of McDonald’s menu, especially their breakfast and lunch offerings. The double fish patty burger is a personal favourite, and their coffee—made from real coffee beans—is truly excellent. The food is consistently fresh, and their customer service is outstanding. McDonald’s remains my go-to choice any time of the day.

Sadly I write this post. As McDonalds you have always come thru thus this far with all the different ones I’ve visited. This was my first visit to this location and it did not deliver. It only delivered disappointments. My friends were disappointed as well. I invited them to lunch and they also had never been to this location. Will they be returning. I think they had mentioned probably not to this location. Please refer to the photos. The staff seemed friendly and nice. That’s about it. Everything else went downhill from there. This location reminded me of Tim Hortons. Most of there locations has gone down hill. I got my coffee it was cold. They had so many fries made up and sitting by the time it came to the customers it was cold. The place was very dirty including the washrooms. There were Mud all over the floor and Food on the ground throughout the store. Looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. The one employee came and mopped a part of the floor. Unfortunately that didn’t make a difference as food was still scattered everywhere and it didn’t look any different. The photos will tell. Sorry staff. This one is on you. Typically I look for all the positives. However they weren’t much to be found this time.

This location is hit or miss depending on who's working or managing. We've come a few times where our order has been wrong, pop is just soda water or wait times are long. There have been other times when everything was perfect, food hot and fresh, pop is flavourful and wait times are short. I wish there were more consistency with this location since it is one of the nicer ones in the general Hamilton/Ancaster area.
