Melissa R was an exceptional bartender/server! She had great recommendations that were all wonderful! Ask for the flaming heart and Italian Margarita she’s your go to! 10/10. The flatbread was also 10/10 in flavor, absolutely will be back!

This a going to be a bit long winded, but in my opinion it is necessary. I booked 1.5 hours for 1/4/26 and was thoroughly impressed by the set up! Very classy, large bays and good customer service. I can’t, for the life of me, remember who the gentleman was who checked me in. I was so impressed with Swing lounge that a couple friends and I are booking the following week. This time taking advantage the full service bar and kitchen. I wasn’t sure why day and time that’ll be, but I was looking @ what was available. I selected my time, duration and date but never confirmed. Come to find out (6 hours later) that my debit card was still charged. Dumbfounded by this I called in. A pleasant young lady was apologetic and got her manager, Jack, on the phone. Jack was great from the beginning! He listened without interruption, explained everything to me and offered resolutions. He assured me that one way or another I’d be reimbursed. He then went on to offer me a free booking!!! I was blown away. I didn’t even ask for it, but he offered it anyways! They didn’t do anything wrong! I’m not the person to call in an complain for getting free stuff as a result. I’m a service director for a local dealership so I know how that is. I declined the offer and Jack said it’s there if you want it. Lastly he offered up his email so I can let him know what the outcome is. Thank you, Jack, for your great customer service! One of the best simulators in the area! Atmosphere is great, always clean and well stocked. Food is delicious and changing constantly with the seasons. I have been going here since Father's Day when I brought my dad and saw a flyer for their summer and winter Simulator leagues. Competition is strong and the leagues are well run. Jack D & John T do an awesome job with keeping the leagues fun and different each session. Very professional & always accommodating. I've even recruited a few of my friends to join the leagues with me! Super excited for the new weekly prizes! Keep it up Swing Lounge staff!!!

My son and I were in town to visit the basketball hall of fame. We were going to go to the top golf swing suite at the MGM but found out it was permanently closed. We found this place and are glad we did. The hostess and waitress were top notch. The bartender did a great job. The manager came and checked on us as well. The simulators are high end! We played games such as closest ball, smash the cars and more. They have a variety of swing suites from basic to ones with a couch and chairs. They even out the NLCS baseball game in for us. We felt they treated us like VIPs here. We highly recommend this place. Thank you!

The Lounge itself is nice, and the actual staff is spectacular but I attempted to call in because their online bookings were down on Saturday, I made a reservation (on the phone) for the next day and upon arrival the following day, the staff had no record of it. I showed them record of the conversation of everything. The supervisor or manager showed little remorse and offered no apology and said "theres nothing we can do". Thankfully we got to play a bit, but wasn't quite the experience i was hoping for. I also saw this happen to another group after me. Would be willing to try again, but if they flop, and more importantly show no humility- I wouldn't return.
