Losantiville Country Club

What a lovely experience, great service, great food, FYI I think I was the only adult that built a boat for the Regatta.

Recently there for a reception after a funeral. Hidden treasure. No-It's not Kenwood Country Club or Hyde Park CC, but the golf course is a Donald Ross design (think Inverness in Toledo), the staff was very nice and the food was AMAZING.

Sadly, not what it once was. The golf course is their best asset, and it's a great course. The clubhouse is run down and in need of repair, and the food is truly awful for a country club, let alone just a basic restaurant. The food is truly hit or miss, and more often a big swing and a miss. In the six years I was a member they changed chefs something like five times and general manager at least four times. This does not indicate a well-run organization. In the end, the low quality standards of most aspects of this club just couldn't justify the price they wanted per year for me to stay a member. I can get better food, not to mention service at almost any higher level restaurant in Mariemont, Hyde Park, or even Milford. But, we all live and learn.
