Loft18 Baton Rouge

My first visit and all I can say was wow. Not sure what I enjoyed the most the food the service or the atmosphere. The waitress Emily was absolutely perfect 5⭐️ the food was the same fresh and hot and soo tasty. The shift manager Adrian can to our table and made us feel like home we talked as if we grew up together. I highly recommend the place the best sports bar in Baton Rouge

So...real pumped about 1st time here. Menu looked great! Unfortunately, we never made it to the food menu. Had reservations for our group of 6 which we didn't need. Not very busy. Repeat not very busy!!! Ordered beer and couple non complicated mixed cocktails. Waitress brought water and turned in drink order. Five minutes, no drinks. Ten minutes, no drinks. Waitress was occupied visiting 2 fellas in a golf booth. I went to the bar, which wasn't busy at all, maybe 5 patrons...our drinks were sitting and ready to be served. Since our Waitress was "busy" I stopped another and asked about our drinks. She promptly brought 1 beer to the table. After asking for a manager our drinks were delivered by the same Waitress, not ours, again. Very negative vibe for customer service. No one really cared. Manager did comp the drinks to her credit. Original Waitress finally returned and was oblivious to any issues. Asked if we were ordering food to which we declined to her utter dismay! Still tipped her and left. Unfortunate because our group really wanted to try different items from the menu. Unsure if we will return. Needs alot of work and emphasis on customer service! Very disappointed.

Had reservations for 6:45 yesterday. We were seated promptly. Our waitress Tracy was very nice and attentive. For drinks we had the Sexy Lexi the Froze' and a mixed drink. For entrees we had wings and fries and the shrimp pasta. We even had a special request that the chef went out of his way to accommodate. Both the wings and pasta dishes were hot and flavorful. The customer service was great. We were checked on by one of the regional managers, Mike and other staff as well to make sure we were pleased with our food and service. We enjoyed watching the LSU game on all the big screens. The atmosphere was fun and lively without being too rowdy. Overall great night and experience.
