First time there and it was awesome. Played some ⛳ golf. We booked an hour but needed more time. Our fault not theirs. Enjoyed the service and food and beverage. Then we went in to have dinner and enjoyed the musical entertainment. Garrett Lambert was so good. Then we ordered dinner and the food was delicious. One of the best steaks I've ever had. We will be back. With golf, snacks, beverages and dinner we were about $100.00 per person. It was worth every penny.

By far the best place I’ve found in Barrie. At the beginning me and wife were a lottle skeptical to give it a try, but for me personally A GREAT FINE DINNING. Thanks to Austin we’ve been seated at a great table and got an amazing service. Even though there is no kids menu, and we needed it, we got some options that our boys liked. To be honest, at first I was getting a little impatient about the timing food is being prepared, don’t be. It is absolutely worth the wait, because it tasted great and plates were looking amazing. Koodos to chef, and regretfully I wish I could say a Thank You to him. Thanks to the owner of the place for creating such a nice place in Barrie.

I recently hosted an event at Linx Kitchen + Social, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. Candice and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, ensuring that our event was a huge success. Not only was the customer service top-notch, but the food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the cost. The atmosphere at Linx is elegant yet casual, and the amenities added an extra touch of charm to our experience. I highly recommend Linx Kitchen + Social for any event or simply a fantastic dining experience!

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and disorganization my daughter and I experienced at Linx Kitchen + Social while trying to plan her Sweet 16. Nearly two weeks ago, we went in person to confirm their dining space for her birthday dinner. We spoke directly with the owner, Candice, who assured us that December 13th was completely available, that the booking was ours, and that she would send us the menu that coming Saturday. Saturday came and went...no menu. On Sunday, I followed up and received an email saying the chef had the flu, which I understood. But by Wednesday, there were still no updates, no communication, and still no menu. Then on Thursday, I suddenly received an email saying they had “double booked” the date, the exact date we had already confirmed in person. And just to be clear: the email didn’t offer a real explanation. It simply stated that there was an “issue on their side,” and that the space we were promised was no longer available. No apology that actually addressed the situation, no attempt to make things right, nothing. So after almost two full weeks of being told this booking was secured for my daughter’s milestone birthday, we were abruptly told it was gone because of their own internal mistake. This left us scrambling to find a new venue at the last minute for an event we booked responsibly and early. It is completely unacceptable for a business to confirm a reservation, fail to follow through with the communication they promised, and then pull the rug out days before the event due to their own error. This level of disorganization is shocking, especially from an establishment that advertises itself as an event-friendly space. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend relying on Linx Kitchen + Social for any important booking, especially not something as meaningful as a Sweet 16. Businesses need to do better than this.

My visit to Linx Kitchen was disappointing overall. Despite the restaurant not appearing overly busy, it took an unexpectedly long time to be seated, which started the evening on the wrong note. Once inside, the lighting was so dim that it became difficult to read the menu or feel comfortable. The food itself was underwhelming; several dishes lacked flavor and tasted hastily prepared. While I understand every restaurant has off days, the combination of slow seating, overly dark ambiance, and mediocre dishes made the experience far from enjoyable. I hope improvements are made, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend Linx Kitchen.
