Lefties Only Golf Shop

For two months I have been told they will ship my club in one week. They keep stringing me along and refusing to refund my order. I had to file a credit card dispute. I do not recommend purchasing from this site. In response: Please bear in mind that I waited longer than 8 weeks before posting this review. During this 8 weeks I was told that there was a supplier issue, internal miscommunication, shipping errors and finally a death in the family. I believe 8 weeks is long enough for a customer to wait for a product that was marked as IN STOCK on your website when I ordered it. I was also told that the package was hand delivered, now the claim is that the wrong shipping company picked it up. Lastly, the fact that emails to me were meant for another unhappy customer suggest that maybe instead of relying on past history, you should look into current performance for areas to improve service. I don't take leaving a negative review lightly but I believe they are an important indicator for customers to understand what they may be encountering.

Great people at Lefties Golf shop. Courteous, informative and just a pleasure to deal with during a time of product shortages and transportation issues. I definitely recommend this place.
