I called the staff at 1240am sept 08,2015 due ive been in the billiard area at around 6pm forgot my charger and the staff answered very rude, im respectfully asking but the way he talk is not appropriate for the services...

Great virtual golf, the booths are well maintained and generally clean. Don't order their draught beer, it is almost always skunked, I doubt their beer lines are clean. Bar staff occasionally comes by the booths to take new drink orders but it's rare

This review is specific to the St Laurent location. The DDO location is 10/10. This review is for the golf screens at Laurent. For all the screens, you can smell the bathroom and the smell is pretty gross. Also check you're bill when paying. Two times now I've been charged an extra 30 minutes after coming 15 minutes early, and taking time to put my shoes on, take my jacket off, see where my buddies were. So now charged $45 in total for basically nothing. Otherwise the place runs well. But would recommend the DDO location. If you're sticking to St. Laurent, I'd go somewhere else for now. *Update*: Lost a spot at a different place and didn't want to not play golf, decided to give this place one more chance. Same smell. Decided to order food. Big mistake. Served what seemed like barely microwaved chicken fingers and wings on damp paper plates. Once I saw one piece was raw on my friends plate, couldn't finish the rest. Told the waitress later during payment. Was furious I didn't want to pay for it. Regretfully I paid, but honestly... This place is a dump. DUMP Will not go again.

Manager super nice guy. Very accommodating. Service is excellent.

I would not recommend this specific location for several reasons. The drinks are very watered down and don't reflect the price you pay for them it's about 10 bucks for a glass of whiskey that is 80% ice. The service is nothing exceptional so I was not too thrilled either when I was being followed at the door by some waitress that didn't even serve me or make my drinks being told I HAVE TO tip for essentially being given water in a glass. I probably would've given something and only to not have to be accosted before leaving but I ended up giving the tip money to pay for their overpriced pool table at 15 bucks an hour. Save your money and go to the Cage across the street. They've got more food and bigger screens for fight night anyways.
