Le Skratch Ville Saint-Laurent (Golf, Billard & Bar à jeux)

I had a great night at Le Skratch, and I especially want to highlight the outstanding professionalism of the security guard, Bahir. There was a situation with a drunk and aggressive individual who was being very unpleasant, and Bahir stepped in immediately, handled everything calmly, and made sure I was safe. His presence completely changed the situation — he was respectful, firm, and clearly cares about the safety and comfort of the guests. Thanks to him, the rest of my night was stress-free and enjoyable. Big shout-out to Bahir and the team at Le Skratch for creating a fun but safe environment. Highly recommend this place! 🙌🍸

This review is specific to the St Laurent location. The DDO location is 10/10. This review is for the golf screens at Laurent. For all the screens, you can smell the bathroom and the smell is pretty gross. Also check you're bill when paying. Two times now I've been charged an extra 30 minutes after coming 15 minutes early, and taking time to put my shoes on, take my jacket off, see where my buddies were. So now charged $45 in total for basically nothing. Otherwise the place runs well. But would recommend the DDO location. If you're sticking to St. Laurent, I'd go somewhere else for now. *Update*: Lost a spot at a different place and didn't want to not play golf, decided to give this place one more chance. Same smell. Decided to order food. Big mistake. Served what seemed like barely microwaved chicken fingers and wings on damp paper plates. Once I saw one piece was raw on my friends plate, couldn't finish the rest. Told the waitress later during payment. Was furious I didn't want to pay for it. Regretfully I paid, but honestly... This place is a dump. DUMP Will not go again.

I visited Le Skratch Ville-Saint-Laurent on 16th August 2025 with friends to watch the UFC fight and play pool, but it turned into an extremely disappointing and embarrassing experience. The bartender, Alex, was more focused on demanding tips than on actually serving customers. After every single drink we ordered, he expected a tip immediately, and even went so far as to say he would not continue serving us unless we tipped him on the spot. At one point, he completely ignored us at the bar, leaving us waiting while other customers were served — all because we didn’t tip after every single order. This is not just unprofessional, it’s unethical and disgusting behavior for someone working in hospitality. There was no drink menu, and the cocktails were nothing more than bottles pulled from the fridge, with zero effort or presentation. For a place in Montreal, this level of service is embarrassing. We would, of course, have tipped at the end of the night as any reasonable customer does, but being pressured and refused service unless we tipped immediately ruined the entire experience. Instead of a fun night, it was uncomfortable and disheartening. Extremely disappointing — I would not recommend Le Skratch Ville-Saint-Laurent to anyone who expects basic professionalism and proper customer service.
