Launch House Golf - Irvine

Launch House is one of the best golf simulators around, offering a private studio so your group has the space to itself. The high-speed camera captures your swing after each shot, and there’s an AI feature to provide tips on improving your game. The simulator includes a broad selection of courses worldwide, and the obstacles are more accurate than what I’ve experienced at other facilities. Membership is limited, ensuring you can book a slot even during busy times. Thomas, the owner, is very responsive, available by text or phone to help onsite or remotely. The facility is well-located for those working in Irvine or nearby areas, and features like the spring-loaded hitting mat and automatic ball feeder keep the focus on practicing. I plan to maintain my membership while I’m in Orange County due to the quality and service offered here.

Used to be a great place to come practice and to get a round of sim golf in but I came back after not going for a few months and it's in bad shape. The auto ball feeding machine was broken, the part of turf you hit off is deformed, and the part in front of the turf you hit off is floppy and loose. Hope it gets better soon.

I was really excited when I first found this place, it was right down the street and Thomas, the owner is a cool guy. I have been going to multiple golf simulators around the country over the past 10 years because I travel for work. But it’s unfortunate how things ended unreasonably here. The first time I went, the place was fine, just had issues with the auto-tee system, pretty common at other simulators with that system which is why lots of them just have the self serve mats, but overall was looking forward to use this place over the next 2 years minimum. The next time I went I brought a friend to show him my excitement and we had a blast he wanted to join the membership also after going. Again we had an issue with the Auto-tee only, hit up Thomas, responds immediately and helps no problem, but obviously there’s an existing problem with the system. The next day we get a text saying he doesn’t know what we did and we are both banned. No warning or what-not-to-do list for the future, just a wrongful unreasonable ban that wasn’t necessary at all. Almost like a spoiled kid saying you can’t play with my toys, so many different understandable ways this could have been solved/addressed. He should know that considering that the auto tee was going to break, it was just a matter of time, and we were just the unlucky ones to do it. And of all things to break, we are talking about a device notorious for breaking/stalling at all simulators who use it, that get hits with a golf club all day. Not like we shattered a screen, simulator, projector, etc. As an avid golf lover, I’m just disappointed. And as a business owner I’m very upset with how this situation was handled. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone since you will be held responsible next for whatever is due up next to break!

This place is awesome! It’s become part of our Friday nights out. The simulator is so cool and easy to use. The facility is beautiful and stocked. Highly recommend for anyone looking to work on their golf skills or just looking for something fun to do =)

Went here to kill some time while on a business trip and had a great time. The owner met me at the start of my time, walked me through the system and even had complimentary drinks. The simulator worked great, no issues with it and there was a great variety of courses and challenges to choose from. Will definitely be visiting again on future trips.
