Quick to take your money but slow to respond to anything else. I requested to cancel my membership through the website and never got a response. Then I was sent an invoice. I am not renewing my membership because the gym is dirty and has no circulation of air. The equipment options are good for the price but not worth getting sick from working out in here.

My family and I really enjoy the Lake Dow club. We spend a lot of time on the Pickleball courts and at the gym. We have used the pool but not too often. The facility is clean, safe and updated.
