Kahuna's Bar and Grill

My first visit into Kahunas was on a Thursday night and at first, the atmosphere was great. Pretty decent band the locals seemed to enjoy it. The girl bartender with the blonde bun was really helpful and attentive — exactly the kind of service you hope for at a bar. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill when I had to deal with the guy bartender with the red beard. For context, I prefer to pay my bill each time I get a drink since I’ve had issues in the past with leaving my card at bars. I know it’s a little extra work, but I always tip well and it gives me peace of mind. The bartender with the bun had no problem with this and handled it professionally. When I tried to do the same with the guy with the red beard, he got rude fast. He told me there was a $10 minimum, which isn’t true since I had already paid my bill previously without issue. Instead of handling it professionally, he raised his voice, made comments, and overall acted very unprofessional. On top of that, I noticed he barely engaged with customers and often wasn’t even behind the bar. It’s a shame because Kahunas has a good vibe and some great staff, but one bad bartender can really ruin the experience.

We have been trying to go to this place for as long as we lived in Florida . Usually parking lot is full however it was a break in the football games ..parked no problem .. walked in and we were able to sit at the bar... The staff was amazing food was . We were amazing by all the room they had including pool tables.. and arcade games... We surely will be back again ... We didn't realize how big the parking area truly was .. they had the sound for the games Saturday and that is always our game changer .. most places don't play sound .. thanks for the great date day ...we will surely be back soon
