K1 Paddock Lounge - Sports Bar & Restaurant - Irvine, CA

Had a terrible experience at K1 Speed Irvine. A family member’s phone was destroyed on the track, and the manager, Seth, showed zero empathy or professionalism. He claimed there were signs telling guests to secure phones, but there were none, and staff never warned us. When we tried to address the issue so it doesn’t happen again, he became defensive and told us to leave instead of acknowledging the problem. To make matters worse, I later found a January 2025 review from another customer (SS Strand) reporting the exact same issue, their phone was also damaged, and the front desk gave them no proper help or acknowledgment. They were even told by staff that “this happens all the time,” as if it’s normal and not a big deal. Clearly, the management hasn’t learned anything, isn’t trying to prevent it, and doesn’t seem to care about customer safety or service. They just sell expensive tickets and move on. Very disappointing and unprofessional. We won’t be returning.

Great Happy Hour. Was not busy. Bummer cannot take alcohol drinks out of lounge but I understand. Drinking and driving is always a bad combination. Pizza was cheesy and chicken tenders juicy. Kid friendly. Most beverages come in bottles only. 👎

The food was not great but good but the racing is awesome
