Juniper Creek Golf

I would love to give juniper creek 5 stars, but I can't. The only reason it's getting 3 is because of the staff that were amazing, helpful, and friendly. Whoever owns the course is not putting the money into the course that it takes. Alot of the tee boxes were so hard you could barely get a tee into the ground, or they were too dry and dusty. Alot the fairways were soaking wet and swampy or they were to dry and dusty. That was also a lot of bare spots. The greens were just as awful. Some of the greens also had a fungus that was killing the grass. The club house could be beautiful if they would maybe give it fresh coat of paint, do some landscaping, and have restaurant or a bar & grill. Just take some proud in the appearance and spend the money.

One of the Premier golf courses and the price is great too

First time here. The course was in good shape. It was a scramble tournament to raise funds for the Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce. Heard some chatter about the state of the sand traps. I never had to play a shot out of one, so I can't say personally. The only complaint I have is that they didn't have any courtesy stations on the course and no drink carts, so you could only get drinks from the clubhouse. There were water coolers near some of the tee boxes. Transfusions were $9.50, but were tasty. Overall it was a good time. 2 teams turned in a 53. Amazing! 😜
