I've been a poor putter for 35+ years, since my junior days. I've had many lessons over recent years but none of them worked. However, within 10 mins of meeting James I was putting better and this has translated on to the course! A combination of James's specialised putting knowledge and his high tech studio managed to diagnose and fix my technique whereas regular club pros simply couldn't see my problems, let alone fix them. It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny.

I had heard many recommendations about this putting coach from friends, all saying he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. To be honest, at first I hesitated because the drive was quite long, and I wasn’t sure it would be worth the time. After taking lessons with him, I can confidently say it was absolutely worth it. His understanding of putting is on a completely different level from any coach I’ve worked with before. He doesn’t just tell you what to do — he explains the why behind everything and tailors his instruction specifically to your game. Looking back, I realize that no matter how long the drive is, learning from a coach like this is truly worth it. If you are serious about improving your putting, I highly recommend him.

I came to James as a 50 year old 3hcp, who could hit a decent ball, but who would all too often putt like a 15hcp. In that first lesson I left confused, as what I understood James to be telling me, was, almost directly opposite what I thought a good putting technique to be. I went away, and the new "James" method became my sole interest in golf...... Hours on the putting green, and the only thought out on the course...... Despite being instantly rewarded with excellent results when I could feel I'd executed the swing correctly, I was amazed at how indoctrinated I had become, and if not consciously focusing on the "James" method, and even despite the excellent results received every time I executed correctly, my default position, was always there. Hundreds of hours on putting green, hundreds of rounds, I began to see significant gains in putting, and scores. I had a particularly successful putting weekend, playing 36 holes without a three putt, holing significant footage, and posting -3 for 36 holes. On the final hole I had 2 putts from 53 feet to win club championships. I paced it out, mind whirring. Addressing the ball I just thought "James, Execute" and hit the first putt........ To 5 inches and victory. First time club champion at age 51, 38 years after entering for the first time. In the four editions since then, I have missed the play off by 1, another 2nd place, and this year, had 2 putts from 30 feet to win, on atrocious greens. And another 4 inch putt for the title. I'm now a 57 (just) year old +1 handicapper, and now the only part of my game I'm the least stressed about, is getting a handle on putting pace control........ And that, I believe, IS ALL DOWN TO the two lessons I had with James Jankowski........ Thanks James, apologies for the delay in posting a review....🙏
