JJ Golf

Booked an 1130-1330 sim time - when you book it says the last 5 min of your session is for cleaning by the time. I have been there once before and this is what happened however the 2nd time no one came to get us and there is no clock in the room. While playing golf on the sim I am not glued to the phone to check the time. We left the room at 1345 once we checked our phones at the end of the course we played. I was charged extra because it wasn’t busy so the person at the counter just let us play. I also got two double whisky and gingers and not only was I charged $9 per ounce i was also charged for the pop! Follow your own rules or cleaning, 4oz cost is as much as a bottle. For two hours it cost me $200 which is more than a round of golf. Will never use JJs again

We had a below expected experience and I originally left a 2-Star review. Owner called me the next day to make it right. These guys clearly care about their business and providing a great experience. Will give them another try.

I walked in here to get a FedEx package that had 5000 worth of valuable of precious metals inside when I walked in he asked me how can I help you after serving a person that was behind me when I got there first I said I’m here to pick up a FedEx package instead of asking me my name he said are you Amy? I asked him if he was gonna take my ID. He said no so why him saying are you Amy anyone could’ve just said yes. Thank you, Patrick This place puts your valuables at risk I’ll make sure that I will never get a package sent to this place ever again. Usually when people walk into a store and they’re next in line, you help the next person. Do better or don’t have fed ex at your store. If you guys would’ve gave my package away, I would’ve sued you

Awesome time with my family. The rooms and service was amazing. We will be back often. Cheers
