Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered GPS golf balls that didn't work. The balls would have been fantastic if they would have worked as advertised. The nice man offered replacements that never came and a refund that got lost somewhere. After several attempts to solve the problem without response from the company I sent a complaint to the local BBB for some help that was ignored by the company. Apparently this guy cares little for his reputation. Reading these reviews, it appears I'm in good company. Do yourself a favor and don't join us.
Ordered a golf travel bag for a trip. Placed order on sept. 12 head nothing from the merchant , I sent a email to customer support requesting shipping information and a tracking number they didn’t respond to my request, so I requested an inquiry from PayPal. PayPal reached out to the merchant and gave them 14 days to respond and they didn’t. Not sure why you advertise golf equipment and don’t ship after someone purchases the item. Bad business practices make bad business.
This business is a scam. Do not order be forewarned they keep your money, never contact you and never ship. Click order status button on their site and it goes to a bogus web page. Fortunately PayPal refunded with buyer protection. Not legit!
