Impact Indoor Golf Simulator

Great sim, great food, great service!

This place is great! The rooms are nice and private. The food is fantastic and I've never seen a simulator with so many courses to choose from! We spent a few hours there and played Augusta, Sawgrass and Shadow Creek! Very cool. Will be back again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I booked a “tee time” for 12:00pm, but it was an absolute maze to find the place, it was deserted, and the door was locked. We called the number and had a man named Josh help us get into the room and set up, but we didn’t get to start playing until after 12:30. There were no staff from whom to order any food or drinks (and it was lunchtime, so we were hungry), and if we wanted to, we had to walk back through the maze to a restaurant that wasn’t even connected. Thank goodness we brought our own clubs because there were none available. Once we finally started playing, the screen barely worked. More times than not, when we hit the ball, it didn’t read it at all. The screen didn’t go to the ground, so I’m not sure how you’re supposed to putt properly. The room was silent, and it wasn’t until I looked around that I realized we could connect with Bluetooth to a speaker (something we should’ve been shown during set-up). In the end, we only played three holes — and that took nearly an hour because of how terrible the screen was! Josh did what he could for us, but really there was not much he could do. And there was no place to give proper feedback because the phone number given just went back to him. It’s like the building didn’t even know the simulator existed. Why would you let someone book for 12:00pm when that’s only when you start opening the rest of the “fun zone”? We’d like our money back for the reservation, but there’s no way to contact anyone to address it. All-in-all, just a terrible experience. Go somewhere else.

We discovered this place just last week by seeing a sign outside. My boyfriend and I just came from it and the gentleman who works the virtual golf was so nice, very professional and it was a great atmosphere. He explained how to work the virtual golf very well and was very patient with us. We went for fun and had a great time. We did not choose to eat or have any drinks as it was just to experience how it would be but the menu looked fantastic. Overall it was very fun and we enjoyed ourselves. Recommend 100 percent especially for a bigger party.

Booked online in advanced for 2pm, showed up and no one knew how to charge for golf. Stayed for 1 over priced drink and left definitely won't be returning. Poor business management.
