I had the same thing happen to me. The shaft and head were changed, but made me feel uncomfortable. They wouldn't change it for me anymore. I'm not going back to that store again. Very bad customer service.

Went to the indoor high tech practice range today since it rained and played a round of screen golf today for the first time in my life. Clean with brand new state of the art hitting bays. Place had friendly staff, top coaches and golf pros. What surpised me the most is their latest equipment selection of golf gear for all skill levels and price points. I was very skeptical but I'm glad I brought 4 clubs with me for a shaft upgrade and grip exchange. worth the 45 minute drive each way for me. Thank you H-GOLF...

Went 3 times and all 3 times, I couldn’t get to play. 1st time, they said it was broken when I clearly saw people playing. 2nd time, I called first to confirm if screen golf practice was available (it was) but when I arrived, they said I had to make a reservation… 3rd time, I called and tried to make a reservation and they didn’t pick up the first 2 times and when they picked up, they said they don’t take reservations. Garbage place. Full of liars. Don’t recommend.

This review is about 18 hole screen golf service. 1 star for location. 1 star for advertised price. -1 star for bad ambient. -1 star for overcharging the price. -1 star for charging sales tax on a service only charge.

100% recommended! Very very comfortable and good for lessons. Love this place.
