Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland

Stayed here last minute and it was the best decision after a long drive. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The front desk girl went above and beyond. Then the next morning at breakfast the staff in the kitchen put on the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Every thing tasted great and was warm. Maria Luz was kind and professional. You can tell she takes great pride in keeping everything stocked and clean. My family was very impressed and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We were greeted with a friendly and very helpful staff. |The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen including full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Newer smart TV’s in both bedroom and living room. The pool area is very nice, it overlooks the river and there were plenty of large clean pool towels available. |The free breakfast was really good and fully stocked with something for everyone. |I would definitely stay here again if ever back in Tri-Cities.

I have stayed here many times and always impressed with the friendly staff and service. Especially the kitchen staff, their cooking is top notch and keep everything well stocked. The host, I think her name is Maria, always welcomes me back and serves up great food with many side dishes and authentic condiments. Alway enjoy my return visits at this property.
