Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo-Airport

My wife and I checked in to the Homewood Suites - Buffalo Airport yesterday evening. The assistant on the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. The whole lobby area was very clean, cozy, and welcoming - it actually SMELLED pleasantly clean, which is very unusual. Our room is great, with separate living room and bedroom. 2 TVs, a work desk, a selection of tables, a comfortable sofa, LOADs of space, and a very well-appointed kitchen. The room is spotlessly clean, and again, has a very clean, pleasant smell. Also very important to me is the hallways, which often look the worse for wear and smell musty - here, they are bright, clean, and feel like they were redecorated just last week. Lastly, but most importantly, all the staff I dealt with have been great. Really friendly, genuinely wanting their guests to be happy and comfortable, and happy to help. I've stayed in hotels that cost multiple times what we paid for the Homewood Suite, but didn't come near this hotel in terms of offering guests a pleasant stay and offering excellent value for money. This definitely will be our go-to hotel for future visits to this area.

My family stayed here for a hockey tournament and we couldn't be happier. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff went above and beyond to welcome our team and make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was included and incredible. The hotel and staff exceeded all my expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast and evening social staff are amazing. Honestly better service than most any restaurant. Friendly, personal, positive and up lifting. Thank you so much. Those of us that work on the road or remote...Greatly appreciate it!
