One of the most insane experiences I’ve ever experienced! The simulator is extremely cool and the tracking software is very accurate!
We have loved Hive! Booked a single session with my son and knew we’d want to make it a regular thing… so bought a membership while we were there. Our games are improving, it’s awesome having 24 hour weather independent access; and it facilitates good times together. Winning! Their support has been great the couple of times I’ve needed it. Definitely recommend :)
Pains me to leave this but I’ve been left with really no choice. Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got re-billed a month beyond when I tried to cancel for and they refuse to fix the mistake. Terms and conditions are not on their website, and erro “File Not Found” on their booking platform. They will argue I cancelled too late, yet my subscription was set to be active a day after I cancelled. If you want a cool sim lounge, this is the one. If you want the business to even pretend to care about you, look somewhere else.
