This place is perfect for getting some swing practice in or playing all of the legendary courses that most of us will never get the chance to play. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My wife and I recently visited this facility for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, we were the only customers there, and the lone employee on duty barely acknowledged us. He didn’t greet us or offer any kind of welcome—he simply walked across the room to prepare our bay. After a couple of minutes, he returned briefly and said that our bay would be ready soon, then went back to the front desk and sat down. Since we had never been there before, I had to ask if the system was self-explanatory or if he could show us how the system worked. He said it was self-explanatory (it wasn’t), but he did come over to give us a bare-minimum explanation before promptly returning to his seat. Later, when I asked him how to load a course, he seemed annoyed that we had interrupted whatever he was doing. He walked over in silence, made a change on the computer, and left without saying a single word. He wasn’t rude or overtly disrespectful, but he certainly wasn’t friendly, helpful, or engaged. For a place trying to attract and retain customers—especially first-time visitors—this kind of service is a dealbreaker. We definitely won’t be returning.

It was cold and windy in Arkansas this weekend so I took advantage of a new golf simulator shop in Bentonville. This is a great place to swing some clubs and get some practice in. Highly recommended!

Great spot and nice staff. I was able to practice then played a course on the simulator.
