The store was clean and my son finally found a jean that fits him since it is hard to find big sizes in most stores hopefully they get more stocks for big kids size 44-46 was willing to get 2 more jeans here since he is choosy on his jeans.

Never shopping at this store again, first time going in there and we had an unpleseant expirience. They need to work on their customer service. We went in there and Ginger was just behind us taking care of us like if we were going to steal something. She seemed like she didn't even want to serve us. There was another youg man there he seemed much more nicer.

Online ordering was easy and they had an item in stock that my husband wanted for Christmas, at a decent price. After it was purchased I got an email saying it shipped. Now....10 days later the tracking still says that USPS has a label printed and they are awaiting the item to ship. I can't get anyone on the phone to help me figure out if the package is lost or not. Online it suggests to file a claim if shipping hasn't updated in 10 days, only when I try to submit one it places a hard stop and denies my claim. I'm beginning to worry this almost $200 item is lost and i cannot get any help.
